The staff are not motivated to make customers happy. The attitude is very clear that the success of the restaurant is irrelevant to them. I went on July 2, 2022, the day of typhoon Signal 8 in the afternoon. Very few people come out to the streets because of the typhoon. The restaurant was practically empty and they would not let me sit in the back, saying those tables are for 4-6 people. Small wishes are constantly denied. Staff attitude also isn’t very friendly. The staff simply don’t care about adding incremental satisfaction to customers. Suggest restaurant owner realign incentives to motivate staff to treat customers to make them feel more valued. Food is good.
