I went there for a coffee today, I ordered a $70 pour over coffee, and I have to say, it’s probably one of the worst tasting coffee I have ever tasted. It was a filter coffee with Ethiopian beans, not only did it not have any floral aroma, the coffee was so incredibly bitter that I couldn’t finish it. I think your barista needs more training on how to make a pour over coffee, I felt like I have completely wasted the $70 and also wasted the coffee beans.
