To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

由於與幾位朋友book咗海景萬麗酒店兩閒房staycation零房價，之前試咗自助晚餐，今次同事推薦試下Mirage Bar扒房。Mirage Bar 做緊半自助餐套餐，用零房價嘅Dining credit要用原價$648/1位，而吾用Dining Credit 嘅就可以享用推廣優惠＄388/1位。由於我地共6位，而零房價Dining credit只夠4位價錢(用原價)，所以另外2位係分單用優惠價。整體牛扒略嫌太熟，名過其寶，食扒都係以JW Marriott Hotel嘅 Flint比較有水準。下次都係食返自助晚餐好d。
