To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

早排去左JW Marriott渡假🏨可惜酒店嘅自助餐一早full哂☹️退而求其次就揀左呢間位於酒店7樓嘅餐廳，雖然屬於酒店範圍，但因為喺泳池隔離，所以個感覺都係比較casual D😆岩哂我呢d唔想突登帶多套衫食飯嘅懶人😝餐廳嘅佈置比較簡單，同埋因為係半開放式，所以係冇冷氣嘅，不過十一月嘅晚上開始清涼，望住池邊夜景都幾chill🌃餐廳叫FISH BAR🐟顧名思義係食魚為主，每日都會有塊板寫低今日各類🐟🐟🐟嘅價格同原產地，職員亦會推介一下，不過今次我地就冇叫煎魚反而叫左其他菜式😆上菜之前會先上麵包，另配橄欖油、黑椒同海鹽，重可以免費refill🥰不過當日已經太飽就冇refill喇Mussels & Fries $310經典菜式配上粗薯條🍟青口份量OK而且隻隻都好大隻😮白酒忌廉汁好味到直頭想當湯飲🤤Crab & Lobster Cake $240上菜個陣見到個餅炸到燶燶地心裡一沉☹️不過食落又冇燶味就放過佢啦😂切開見到入面充滿住蟹肉/龍蝦肉嘅絲😍真心佩服佢拆絲拆到咁幼細👏🏻點埋tartar醬食個味道岩岩好😋Oasis Giant Grouper Fish & Chips $270平時食Fish

 平時食Fish & Chips多數用嘅都係Cod或者Haddock🐟用龍躉真係第一次見😱😱不過食落嘅味道又幾特別，有d似食緊蒸石斑😂😂


職員非常有禮貌👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻佢地亦都有留意客人用餐嘅快慢去配合返上下一道菜嘅速度👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻抵讚！
