To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Staycation 星期日，早段晚市自助餐

星期日晚市自助餐分兩段，我哋staycation 個 package set 咗一定係第一段時間，由5:30 pm - 7:30 pm，食 兩個鐘其實都好夠。第二段用餐就係由8:00 開始，所以餐後見待應執拾好快準備下一輪。我哋被編排坐最遠門口的位置，位正風口好凍……，呢個更加令我哋一食飽就走，扣左小小分啦哈哈。用餐當日係8月中，記得凍海鮮有長腳蟹，蝦，蠔，龍蝦蚶。長腳蟹夠粗，肉都好新鮮。蝦中size，可惜有啲係霉，縮水離殻。龍蝦蚶就冇乜味道⋯⋯。蠔我唔食的，朋友話好細隻，當日見冇乜人拎，可能唔太好味。魚生冇食，有帆立貝，大大隻，應該唔錯。中段時間出咗芝士焗龍蝦，係任拎的，供應充足，好味過凍龍蝦鉗。因為太飽，冇乜點食熱食，其中韓式牛肋肉同清蒸魚都唔錯。整體來說，ok 啦～，有咁多海鮮，CP 値都高
