Stubborn restaurant , no Flexibility

I booked a table of 11 for lunch, I know I came 10 mins late but it is ridiculous for me to be told I need to wait another 1.5 hours to get a table. Please understand it is a group of 11pax, not 2. It would be terrible for the whole group to look for substitute all in a sudden. We all travel from far to come just because of the good reputation of your food. Too bad we have not that lucky and don’t think we would dare to book and try again, facing such tight rules.
