I tried their dinner several times but not their brunch. I decided to try their brunch before they change to another menu. By the time this review is published, the menu likely has changed. They have 2 sessions, 1130am and 2pm. 2pm was perfect for me as I am a late riser.Their butter was quite cute with their signature Lobster Bar Design. It was seasoned just right to remove the fishy smell yet still highlighting the salmon's flavors.

The Frutti di mare(dessert tower) came and it was an amazing sight.

Not only was the tower aesthetically pleasing, each dessert was made to look like the components of the original seafood tower, eg. the lemons, seafood, sashimi, crabs etc. The balance of the whole tower was great.
The lemon tart on top and the fruits in the 3rd layer balanced off the sweetness of the 2nd and 4th layer. The refill of the champagne was fast and service was excellent, including asking for my Golden Circle Number when settling the bill which I nearly forgot to provide. Looking forward to the next meal there.
