吃貨朋友介紹最新的Omakase Sushi Kou鮨幸,我們二話不說直接叫他幫忙預約。早到了,坐下來聊聊天,原來這裏只開了兩個月,文師父是這裏的老闆跟大廚,曾經在吉兆與Sase,難怪熟口熟面。我們點了兩個廚師發板晚餐,1.8L會醉,所以最後點了兩支720ml。從前菜開始,未上壽司,已經吃了三款不一樣的海膽,我曾經是海膽的鐵粉,但現在已沒有那麼狂熱了。三款海膽都各有特色呢!毛蟹ok, 慢煮鮑魚很好吃、如果鮑魚干醬可以更濃郁一點就更正了,但整體來說上壽司之前的都很有heart, 壽司最愛蝦和野生三文魚子!還有特色紫蘇山药!好好味啊!!!非常有驚喜的一家新店,value for money! 誠意推介!
