The food is ok, well presented and tasty. Unfortunately the restaurant has a crowd of rowdy clientele that are very self entitled with screaming uncontrollable kids that invade the restaurant with so much noise that there is no way to have an enjoyable meal. This rabble are regulars despite our polite requests to ask those unruly screaming kids to stop, the poor waiting staff were defenceless against those entitled parents. 老實說,小廚神與大吃吃廚師發板的次數不多,這次絕對是我們極力推介的一間。😍😍

🌈首先是頭盤,每一樣頭盤都非常精緻,而且吃出食材的鮮味。上至擺盤,下至食材搭配都是經過精心設計的。

以及後每一樣食物都是十分新鮮。主理師傅文師傅更是十分熱情,在飯桌會不斷跟顧客交流與溝通,逐一介紹食材的來源並詢問食客的感受。🌹

So basically, everyone had to order the 12-piece set. The sashimi was dry, and seasonings were lackluster. The ikura was such a BIG letdown. It was of Genki quality – deflated and soggy. There are TONS of other restaurants which offer higher quality and cheaper sushi sets.
對呢間餐廳非常失望。之前見到好多好評,諗住父親節嚟試下。點知性價比低,質素亦唔值呢個價。有得揀9、12、15件set。但9件嘅話係冇海膽同toro。聽到咁已經覺得有啲cheap。魚生嘅種類好窄,亦都唔新鮮。調味亦都好沉悶,完全唔特別。最最最失望嘅係三文魚子,質素比唔上其他平價嘅連鎖壽司店。完全唔脹卜卜,好淋亦唔爽口。見其他人講呢度嘅海膽出名,我覺得一般,無話特別好食。大拖羅仲嚴重。超多筋,咬唔斷嘅。出面有太多質素好十倍而且價錢更優惠嘅壽司店。

硬件正常,軟件就爭咁啲 😶‍🌫️ 廚師發辦除咗師傅親自選料製作,或多或少 Imply 咗少少「表演」成分,唔係話要瘋狂吹水敬酒嗰種,但起碼食客都希望喺使千幾蚊食餐飯嘅同時,可以「袋到少少嘢落袋」✅ 由各種魚類嘅時令季節、不同品種嘅特色、餐單嘅鋪排,乃至挑選食材嘅小撇步,大把嘢可以分享 🗣 可惜當日觀察,幾乎每位師傅同客人間都缺乏交流,成間餐廳靜嬰嬰咁,上菜速度亦都好快,Serve 我哋嗰位係女師傅嚟,講嘢都幾快同細聲,有時都未聽清楚件壽司係咩就拿拿臨食,喺高級壽司店林立嘅銅鑼灣,實在難以競爭 👀
