Salted Pig, as the name says, is a place for pork lovers!We ordered a jar of sangria. Was too light so we asked if they could add more wine. The suckling pig was yummy. Crispy skin with a thin layer of melting fat. Meat was very tender and juicy.

However the pork knuckle was not crispy at all. The skin was prepared in a different way than other typical German restaurants. Not really a fan of this style. The meat was still a bit tough, and the tendons were almost non-chewable.

Service in general was so so but the server who dealt with us was really nice. Other staff did not seem so attentive. I might visit again, just for the suckling pig though!
