To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每隔一段時間麗思卡爾頓酒店都會與品牌合作推出不同主題的Afternoon tea set 在15/4-30/6期間與美國糖果品牌Sugarfina合作，還專門有藍白色甜品小推車層架襯托今次的甜點和鹹點小妹都食過不少afternoon tea 但有過好多唔好的經驗，今次與sugarfina合作的tea set的確唔錯！鹹點整體不錯，有機蛋火箭菜沙律配櫻花忌廉迷你牛角包最出色甜點很有心思，配合sugarfina的特色軟糖為主，最特出是sugarfina招牌香檳小熊軟糖的士多啤梨香檳杯，小妹個人喜歡菠蘿慕絲撻，菠蘿香而濃，充滿夏日氣色要小心注意有㡬款甜點都有酒精含量，帶同小朋友和酒量不好的要小心
