香港人一年四季都咁鐘意打邊爐,湯底更係各式其式,要咩式有咩式,各有特式~食慣傳統風味,今次黎到呢間潮格火鍋,竟然用菠蘿做湯底呀喂~仲有近期大熱"芫荽"鍋,今次一大班朋友食飯,可以試晒呢兩個新推出既鍋底清酒菠蘿沙冰~用左自家製香甜菠蘿汁同招牌清酒製成,清酒唔係太濃烈,唔飲酒既都啱飲,但飲得要快,沙冰溶左就唔好味喇~Summer Delight ~ 好濃郁香甜既芒果汁同菠蘿汁,真材實料未人齊前叫左幾款前菜小食~ 分別有炭燒豬頸肉,紫蘇蝦餅同芥未牛柳粒.夏日寒冰菠蘿醋鍋~個鍋有乾冰效果,騰雲駕霧~有一種冰涼夏日既感覺同埋有好清新香甜既菠蘿香,首先視覺同嗅覺上都唔錯侍應為我地介紹,呢個鍋係用上來自台灣的菠蘿醋,配搭海鮮同豬骨湯底而成,菠蘿醋原來唔係用果肉係用皮去製造,所以水果味更加突出,好有熱帶風情.而另一鍋就係近期大熱既芫荽鍋出場~ 芫荽原來好有益,有維生素同礦物質,對皮膚, 膽固醇同消化系統都唔錯既~巨無霸芫荽鍋~除左面頭一座山既芫荽,下面係一個四格火鍋黎,包括清湯牛腩,喇沙海鮮,四川麻辣和蕃茄薯仔豬骨湯,每個湯味都非常濃郁,未落火鍋料之前,不妨先嘗一啖湯先火鍋料就叫左即炸手工紫菜響鈴,日

各方面用料都係新鮮,黑毛豬肉質好爽,牛同海鮮拼盤都係無得輸,黑松露蝦蟹餃一啖咬落去就好香濃既黑松露加埋大大隻既蝦同蟹肉,係有驚喜既~
另外唔少得咁可愛造形酒鍋黑啤熊同酒鍋酒雞,係墨汁墨魚丸同南瓜墨魚丸黎既,未食已經吸引大家手機食先,所以今餐食得非常愉快,一大班人食飯,再加視覺同味覺上既快感, 大滿足
