Today I tried The Salted Pig. I love Knutsford Terrace resturants and The Salted Pig is no exception.  I started with their French Cabernet which was vibrant, flavorful, with hints of fruit and spice.  Nice, especially since they run happy hour until 8 pm.  I ordered the full slab of baby back ribs.  I was craving some BBQ after a full night of drinking the night before.  They did not dissapoint. While they could have been smoked longer, the ribs were flavorful and meaty. The BBQ sauce was sweet

Today I tried The Salted Pig. I love Knutsford Terrace resturants and The Salted Pig is no exception.  I started with their French Cabernet which was vibrant, flavorful, with hints of fruit and spice.  Nice, especially since they run happy hour until 8 pm.  I ordered the full slab of baby back ribs.  I was craving some BBQ after a full night of drinking the night before.  They did not dissapoint. While they could have been smoked longer, the ribs were flavorful and meaty. The BBQ sauce was sweet with a bit of spice.  I would have liked a bit more jalapeño taste, but after all we're in Hong Kong, not Texas. The sides were French Fries and Cole Slaw.  The fries were seasoned perfectly.  I couldn't stop eating them.  The slaw was nice too, but could use a little salt to make it just right.   Overall, I enjoyed my meal and to top it off, they gave me two glasses of wine "on the house". Not something I've experienced here much.   Great job "Salted Pig".
