To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I have a friend who  just moved to Happy Valley  and  we have not met for a while.  We agreed that we should have  early breakfast  together on Sunday.    She suggested to go to her neighborhood restaurant, Classified,  it was  just located downstairs of her apartment.  The environment is quite and cozy.    In order to get  seats close to the outdoor,  we didn't mind to wait for 20 mins.   The restaurant had many seats and  are spacious,   the staffs are  quite friendly.They  also have fresh bre

 We ordered:   

Classified Breakfast  $108  ( Sausage, ham, tomato, mushroom, choice of eggs on toast. )

it was just average and with traditional recipe, not  special,  The ham and sausage were nice ,  not so greasy nor too dry, the beans, the eggs  and the toast were acceptable.

 Egg Benedict $100-   

(Gammon ham, English muffin, Hollandaise sauce.)

Muffin was fresh,  ham was tender.  Benedict Egg on top was perfect with a semi-liquid yolk.   Hollandaise sauce was smooth and creamy.  This dish would presented  better if they can add some green salad at the side.    We think the content were a bit simple as compare to the selling  price.

 We enjoyed quite a happy and relaxing  morning, because the restaurant  was  quiet in comparison to other restaurants in the  busy district.   If the restaurant can serve a  breakfast set which  including tea or coffee  ,  that will be perfect combo set .
