異常難book的一間Sunday Brunch,其實想試瑰麗好耐,平時都只係去佢餅鋪買件Napoleon Slice嚟食,難得友人幫手book枱梗係要一試佢最出名嘅Sunday Brunch啦。Sunday Brunch限時食2小時,488一位,加218可以free flow wine。枱面放咗幾個餐包,點解我會話係餐包,因為佢啲味exactly係餐包嘅味,不過係好鬆軟同有好香牛油味嘅餐包,但無什驚喜。Seafood platter - 依個就係成個set最好食嘅嘢,唔係因為我鐘意食海鮮,係因為佢啲凍海鮮真係有水準,講下入面有啲乜嘢食先,生蠔 - 好鮮,有濃烈海水味,蠔肉食到爽脆,雖然唔太大隻,但蠔味重,可惜無金屬味,開得好好,無啤水令到隻蠔失味。波士頓龍蝦 - 睇相就知好水嫩彈牙,但無膏,有啲失色,但肉質好好,亦都有龍蝦味。皇帝蟹腳 - 肉質彈牙唔死實,有蟹獨有鮮味甜,殼幫你扑開咗,放便食用。大蝦 - 同樣水嫩,好彈牙,好食。大蛤 - 唔靭,還重有少少鮮味。佢個有五樣野係可以係限時內無限order嘅,講真有出有唔出色嘅,先講值得叫嘅嘢先:Duck Foie Gras Torchon

枱面放咗幾個餐包,點解我會話係餐包,因為佢啲味exactly係餐包嘅味,不過係好鬆軟同有好香牛油味嘅餐包,但無什驚喜。

生蠔 - 好鮮,有濃烈海水味,蠔肉食到爽脆,雖然唔太大隻,但蠔味重,可惜無金屬味,開得好好,無啤水令到隻蠔失味。

炒蜆 - 上枱唔熱嘅,食味亦比大牌檔差得遠,火口鑊氣不足,唔好食。
豉油雞 - 雞係滑嘅,但唔入味,佢個姜蓉比碟雞更出色,姜味出眾,辣得嚟有姜味。
錦卥雲吞 - 唔夠熱同脆,個汁亦提唔到味,得個酸字。

Seared Salmon - 依個係專登叫嘅因為真係好想食好好啲西式煎魚,西餐煮魚嘅食法,好難好食得過中國人特別係廣東人煮魚嘅食法,印象中只有係布拉格,同埋係琉森食過好食令我印象難忘啲西式煎魚,今日依個overcooked ,食唔到魚肉應有嘅嫩滑,有啲實,個皮煎得蕉香嘅,但都係一條正正常常嘅香煎三文魚,無什突出。

紹興酒爆和牛粒 - 和牛全熟,有啲靭,浪費咗件和牛,但其實個食味係唔差,幾香同惹味嘅,個茉莉香米係好食嘅,米煲得夠乾身,帶香,比個和牛粒更好吃。

黑松露蘑菇手捲意粉 - 意粉煮得剛好,食到Al Dente口感,抵讚,黑松露蘑菇亦都好香,但黑松露有點少,有點覺得孤寒。

Holger deh 71.5%朱古力撻 - 最後到甜品啦,其實都唔洗講,佢哋出品嘅甜品當然係好食啦,朱古力超濃得嚟好細滑,又唔太甜,中間有朱古力mousse令件甜品有不同口感,好食。

講真佢啲嘢食啲水平落差太大,話晒都叫做一間名牌酒店,其實真係要所有出品都要係合格以上先算對得住自己,但整體用餐體驗係幾好嘅,特別係佢嘅服務,侍應好有禮,食得好舒服。
