遲來嘅食評 呢餐其實係我嘅生日飯點解我生日會揀呢間餐廳?係因為有一次我個朋友同我等人,咁啱喺附近傻吓傻吓就行咗入去,之後試咗佢哋嘅木質起泡飲同埋龍蝦湯海鮮意粉,應該係舊餐牌果陣,而家轉咗新餐牌,都係入咗去先知。雖然冇咗我最鍾意嘅菜式,但個氣氛都唔錯,我主要係鍾意佢嘅裝修同氣氛,你可以點杯飲品,喺出邊露台度坐傾偈。講返今次啲菜式,佢嘅麵包出色就唔使講㗎啦,我通常連埋成嚿牛油咁食,佢個龍蝦伊麵好入味,食極都唔夠,如果唔係個胃有限,應該會狂食,另外牛扒連埋啲醬配合得好好,因為我係同屋企人食,佢哋叫七成熟,一開頭我都有啲驚會硬,但竟然都可以煮得好嫩,羊肉都係,冇嘢太鹹或太硬,價錢嚟講,相對出邊高檔餐廳我覺得性價比高,比較合理,佢個無酒精啤酒都係出色,我個生日甜品又唔係話好甜,個味啱啱好,非常推薦大家去試。

自己單點了一份個人獨享是海南雞飯HK$290.曾經好想比拼半X酒店及君X酒店的海南雞飯衝着而去,今次見到餐牌有當然不能放過,(有雞胸及雞髀選擇)自己當然揀雞髀,上枱間拆肉的雞髀看似有兩隻,啖啖肉且入味,油飯亦做得恰到好處,沒有過於油,用上廣東米粒粒分明,加上廚師的餐湯,今次的海南雞飯絕對值得(回購)⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

坐位舒適,酒店價錢,5星級服務態度,食飯傾計唔錯。煙三文魚冷盆冇太大驚喜,略咸,肉質厚淋,同早餐用既係一模一樣,唔錯。安格斯牛肉他他肉質鮮軟,上枱溫度偏凍(唔夠凍,驚食左會肚痛),調味帶微酸,咸味及其他調味適中,配埋蛋王+兩舊脆既麵包+沙律菜,兩人食半份當前菜岩岩好又開胃,如果一個人食就太大份。香烤雞胸/羊肚菌忌廉汁雞胸煎得夠香,肉嫩多汁,羊肚菌汁香濃,估唔到烹調得咁好,少食西餐唔多比較,我覺得好好食。燒阿根廷帶骨肉眼牛扒好鍾意食牛扒,想嚟試好耐,有朋友推介過,薯蓉極之軟滑可口,牛肉烤得剛好5成,但卻不是最好,睇相真係冇得輸,但係呢款肉,我個人推薦7成口感應該比較好,總括嚟講5成熟度,略略扣分。2人份,如果好似我比較大食,份量唔算好多。薯蓉就好好食+有d膩(我估:薯蓉要軟滑應該要加好重牛油/忌廉去做)配菜:巴馬臣芝士薯條+意式香草炒磨菇兩樣都幾好食,不過唔好一次嗌晒,真係唔夠食先好嗌,上菜速度唔算慢,假如傾下計慢慢食,d食物好快凍,會扣晒分,兩樣上枱既時候都好好食,擺耐左就嘥晒。涷咖啡及啤酒就普普通通
