To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 喺OpenRice見到佢哋做緊promotion,A4宮崎和牛及松葉蟹腳週末放題,做緊買三送一。好似都幾抵,所以去試吓。佢呢個週末放題,所有前菜、冷盤、刺身、壽司卷物、炸物、燒物、溫物都係任食。而主菜就揀一款。同埋仲有甜品platter。經網上訂座及預付訂金,每位仲送一客A4宮崎和牛壽喜燒小鍋。食物種類都幾多,啲刺身都幾新鮮,反而啲松葉蟹腳就一般般,啲肉比較瘦削。另外我哋追加咗清酒,有氣葡萄酒及啤酒任飲個個package ($228)。清酒同Prosecco 都好麻麻,味道好平。而service 方面,服務好好,refill嘢食同酒都好快。環境方便到幾好,坐得好鬆動。搵地方食brunch不妨一試。
