To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 因為疫情好久沒有出去吃飯了一直在想,到底最近有什麼好吃呢?無聊翻查openrice , 發現原來大班樓有做午餐。興高采烈預約了。午餐的確是一個good deal,$278@ 三道菜招牌黃油花雕蛋白蒸蟹 + $588 (足夠四人份量)除了花雕蛋白蒸蟹 (這道菜當然做得超級完美)我們還點了椒鹽魷魚、椒鹽芋絲、黑椒牛腩、蔥油雞 ,我很喜歡吃乳鴿,但煙燻的味道還是不夠酥炸香脆!最後,當然還有我最喜歡的杞子雪糕!我們吃到舔舔脷!好開心的午餐啊!

招牌黃油花雕蛋白蒸蟹 + $588 (足夠四人份量)

除了花雕蛋白蒸蟹 (這道菜當然做得超級完美)我們還點了椒鹽魷魚、椒鹽芋絲、黑椒牛腩、蔥油雞 ,我很喜歡吃乳鴿,但煙燻的味道還是不夠酥炸香脆!最後,當然還有我最喜歡的杞子雪糕!

我們吃到舔舔脷!
好開心的午餐啊!
