Today is international pizza day !!! Of course I will go try the newest pizza joint in HK! Opened by Pirata group in January 2020 ! Looking at the menu, it’s pretty simple and really reasonable price ! They also do a tasting menu of HKD 188 per head !!! Including one antipasti, one gnocco fritto, two pizza and one dolci ! Pretty good deal if you are super hungry ! Mozzarella fritta, deep fried mozzarella with pesto dip ! The crispy breadcrumb exterior stuffed with hot melty mozzarella cheese !

Mozzarella fritta, deep fried mozzarella with pesto dip ! The crispy breadcrumb exterior stuffed with hot melty mozzarella cheese ! And topped with extra cheese ! The pesto dip was delicious it add extra flavor to the plain mozzarella cheese! It’s definitely not the oily greasy ones !

Signature coppa ham gnocco fritto, a standard portion comes with three pieces ! I would say the dough is a bit hard, I would have imagined a little softer like chewy ! The coppa ham was good with the stracciatella cheese, the creamy texture blend into the fried dough very well !

The crust was a little burnt on the bottom. But it was crunchy but still retained the juicy tomato flavor in the middle of the pizza and the melted cheese ..... 🤩🤩🤩🤩 the quail egg add a little extra aroma to the pizza ! I will come back for more pizza next time for sure ! If you like crispy type of pizza this is where you should go !
