Super value for money!

Happened to buy pet food near Victory Street and just pop into this restaurant for a quick dinner. Surprise!!! It is impossible to find a dish better than this Beef Sirloin with Risotto anywhere at this price. Definitely enough for one big man like me. The restaurant specified 10oz sirloin but by looking at it, it looks more than 10oz. Really don't know how they can cook it so soft and juicy, this is a must try dish. Only one complain, please clean the toilet properly.
