Apple is always a good friend to scallops. The sweetness and sour taste of green apple escalate the texture and taste of scallops to the next level. Jalapeno and coriander added notes of herb/spice to it.
British Butcher's Cut T-bone 1kg $88The waiter recommended us to have the T-bone instead of rib eye. We regretted a little since the portion was too big for 2 people. And there wasn't anything very special about it. It was tender but not meaty/beefy enough. We would have tried the Beef Wellington if we had a second chance!
