Came here for lunch to celebrate a colleague’s birthday. When I booked the table, the hostess said we shall come on time as the ingredients are fresh. I had no clue what it meant until we arrived. Then, the most impressive dish I had is their signature crispy sea cucumber. According to the server, the sea cucumber is baked to crispy brown and the broth is from slow cooked chicken and pork which gives the thickness and richness of the sauce. Loads of collagen in a way.

Second recommendation would be this double boiled sea whelk soup with green olives. The olives give a refreshing taste with a hint of sourness while removing the fishy flavor of the sea whelk.

The rest of dishes are decent. Overall, the cooking is very nice and it tastes yummy. However, the lunch price is way too high with the ingredients they serve. Most ingredients are so common at home except sea cucumber.
I didn’t appreciate their attitude of not willing to share their menu when we were asking to see the food selection for dinner. The restaurant manager said the menu is only available for customers. How can we be the customer if you don’t know what to eat and expect?! How absurd it is! Feels like a trap and such poor service/attitude. Been there done that and no more.
All in all, you pay for so called fresh yet common ingredients at a rocket price...Hmm i let you decide whether it’s worth your dime or not...
