對上一次食Omakase 已經耐到唔記得,所以今次出來銅鑼灣 Shopping 時,順便來到雲壽司食返餐好嘅, 因為太多好友推介了。雲壽司的 Omakase 分左3個 level , 分別係 吟 Gin $680, 雲 Kumo $450, 翔 Sho $380。 話哂第一次來就叫個中價位的雲睇下質素如何,雲 包括左 刺身4點, 壽司7件,手卷1條,麵豉湯。刺身 ~ 大拖羅油脂最高入口即溶, 廣島蠔新鮮,金目雕油脂含量適中,肉質細膩。壽司~ 講講我最愛的海膽壽司入口滑溜超鮮甜,活赤貝係最爽之選,而新鮮三文魚籽大大粒入口一咬必哂汁正到暈,秋刀魚細嚼下散發著魚香,肉質綿軟沒有爛爛的感覺。吞拿魚蓉手卷,軟綿綿魚蓉加左蔥帶出清新香味。最後飲返碗湯,超滿足一餐。
