前陣子去fusion小店試菜,點了以下菜式:醉蜆-和中式以醉為主的菜式很不同,酒味不太濃因為用sake, 西式調味配合basil又幾好味。牛油焦糖粟米-整碟菜式配合得天衣無縫,既有牛油的香味亦有焦糖脆脆,口感加上甜粟米,好好味👍🏻。Beef Tartar-一向對beef tartar 沒有太大喜愛但這次的生牛肉配合薄薄的蝦片,味道不錯。火焰帶子-上菜時紅紅的火焰🔥配合貝殻碟賣相不錯。Kimchi Udon - 味道有少少棘,較creamy 菜式,同樣好味😋。菜式有突破,格調走fusion 路線,很合我口味。聽聞星期五、六日要排1小時因為無得訂枱的。餐廳大約只有50座位,餐牌沒有太多選擇,送酒小食為主,待應態度良好,主廚靚仔。

菜式有突破,格調走fusion 路線,很合我口味。聽聞星期五、六日要排1小時因為無得訂枱的。餐廳大約只有50座位,餐牌沒有太多選擇,送酒小食為主,待應態度良好,主廚靚仔。
