To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

未試過下午茶會去食sushi~原來都幾抵食.....有幾款唔同既sushi、炸物同熱食揀都係$39﹗仲可以加$9多一件手卷.......我要左個有三文魚、赤海蝦、尤魚、軟殼蟹卷再配烏冬同炸尤魚鬚.......又加左軟殼蟹手卷.......一貫元氣既水準.......另我驚嚇既係加左$9既手卷，都可以加多次$9既chesse cake﹗yeah~(唔知可以加幾多次呢)可惜chesse cake過份冰凍，好似舊冰咁﹗我要放左好耐先食，而味道就好似一舊忌薕芝士咁.......唔知大家明唔明係點呢?服務都算ok﹗不過唔知係咪呢間少人d，而且係weekday既tea time，只按排3個侍應就好似唔多夠........因為客人都坐滿三分二架﹗我諗佢多返一、兩個人手會好d﹗

可惜chesse cake過份冰凍，好似舊冰咁﹗
我要放左好耐先食，而味道就好似一舊忌薕芝士咁.......唔知大家明唔明係點呢?
