To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

差唔多9點半嚟到，所以都無咩人，而店員亦好好態度招呼。可能一次落得太多茶粉，有點濃不過好香茶味。分別叫左一個竹輪烏冬同太極面，竹輪烏冬湯底仍然保持水準，十分濃郁，忍唔住飲哂太極面就比較乾，加少少湯去食就好好多。炸蝦卷相當脆口，每次必點之選！炙燒明太子三文魚上面d明太子非常好食，為三文魚嘅鮮甜點綴。玉子壽司就比較乾身，魷魚亦都唔夠新鮮，有點失望。北寄貝沙律壽司則沙津味偏重。至於炸大蝦天婦羅就真係好大，足足有一部電話咁長，相當脆口，不過炸粉太厚，是為敗筆。最後必點的軟榖蟹手卷，軟殼蟹外脆內軟，加上沙律醬，perfect match！ 不過軟殼蟹好似比上次細左。
