Had time for a long lunch and was not familiar with the area. Looked online to see what was good nearby, saw this place was recommended and I was craving sushi, so gave it a try. First time eating sushi by myself, and was so pleased with the experience. I thought i would feel awkward as I've never dined alone, but the sushi chef was so nice and welcoming. First time eating sushi by myself, and was so pleased with the experience. I thought i would feel awkward as I've never dined alone, but the sushi chef was so nice and welcoming. He knew that I had time to kill, so I noticed he took his time to serve me, and chat more with me about each type of fish. Whereas for the couple next to me, he served them quickly as they seemed preoccupied in their own conversations.
This place also serves teppanyaki which I look forward to trying next time.
