Swiss restaurant is quite unique in HK and here we came to this place located in TST❤️ 🧀🫕Cheese fondue melted in fry white wine served with bread veggies and chicken($278)- tried the ES PURRE fONDUE MTT CHNOBLI 農夫芝士火鍋配雞粒法包, recommended by the waitress, we ordered one portion for 3 of us sharing. The fondue was very rich and goes really well with the meat 🥰I’ve been to the Swiss restaurant in peninsula hotel previously & I prefer this place more! 🐚 mussels in white wine herb cream sauce ($188)- 👍🐸

🐸Fresh frog leg in saffron sauce with mushrooms and tomatoes served with mixed rice 田雞腿配香草紅花汁($175) - great one 👍👍 love the sauce! We finished the rice 😆 Wish there were more frog legs
🐮Thinly sliced veal meat with white mushroom in creamy sauce served with hash brown potatoes 瑞士炒牛仔肉配蘑菇忌廉汁瑞士薯餅($245)- Another good one👍 the veal was very tender and we especially love the hash brown that we ordered an extra one 😂
Lobster soup- mmd, can skip
Apple tart- 👌
Sweeten white wine- thought it was a Swiss wine but it seemed to be a french wine 😂
