Ambience: Spacious and homey with lighthearted Japanese songs playing in the background. I was quickly offered a seat at a relatively quieter area where I could savour my meal and the moment.
Food: The delivery of appetizers was speedy with a somewhat wide selection of veggies. When the Assorted Sashimi Donburi was served, I was astonished by its vibrance of colours and how each item was skilfully sliced. The duo of salmon and tuna was rich in fat and oil. Great choice on the flavourful uni, which was undeniably the main character!
Service: Especially like the way the staff greeted every customer in clearly audible Japanese. All of them were very knowledgeable about the items which made every recommendation sound appealing! The procedures regarding to hygiene were strictly executed as well.
Overall verdict: This restaurant does not cease to amaze its customers with dedication to details. The brown sugar bracken cake added a delightful and mandatory finish to the course.
