This time, I tried the ice hand drip version, which was still good, but I wondered if the cold brew tasted even better.

I was completely surprised by SonneCAD's Ethiopia Guji AnaSora G1, also known as White Peach Oolong Tea 2.0. This coffee is something they take pride in producing, using the Stronghold roaster from Korea.

The coffee is processed using the enzyme-washing method, which brings out impressive white peach notes. It is now my favorite coffee.
