Wanted to have their Black Series Menu but booked through the wrong website😂. Anyway, still able to taste their signature dishes. Raw hamachi was designed for this dish, but pan-seared one was cooked for my friend and turn out it's so much better! The aroma from fish oil was brought out and went so well with the freshness from tomato and crispy olive bites.

The scallop was covered with crispy layer which made it look like Uroko-yaki(Crispy scale fish). Paired with antichoke chips which was unexpectedly good.

Their famous al-dente pasta made with pistachio paste. However, I personally think that there was too much anchovy added into the paste which made the soaghetti a bit too salty and could barely taste the nutty flavor from pistachio.

The fish would be served to the table for photo-taking first and the staff would help to remove the bone so you can enjoy the fish with ease. The fish was so tender and picked up the tomato flavor. No wonder why it's their most signature dish.

Tho this meal was quite heavy, this fruity version of tiramisu created a great ending that erased the saltiness. The salvoiardis were moist and the cream has the mild limoncello flavor which added the depth as rum did in the traditional tiramisu.
