today, I tasted some of the finest sushi dishes in hong Kong in sugidama. This restaurant has given itself as a delicacy to enjoy. next came the main course which is very nicely decorated sashimi in the form of a boat, as seen in here. The usage of the decor is defo very nice and gives a sense of freshness and really places in on the efforts of the chef. The seafood is very delicate and fresh, exemplitory of high quality sashimi seen.

The food is also filled with salmon roe which is a favourite of mine in sushi, and with every taste of the selfish and the rice, you could feel the small pieces of roe individually exploding, filing your mouth with an ethereal taste.

However, one thing i would say about this is that due to the use of sauce and salt, the rice could have been overly salted with sauce which is something you would have to note when tasting these sushi.

overall, it's a fantastic resturant for tasting sushi and seafood delicacies which I will recommend.
