After reading the reviews n seeing all the beautiful pictures from the site, me and my boyfriend decided to give it a try last Sunday. We both chose the 4-course lunch set. After the amuse broche, we had a lobster salad, then fish and lastly the slow-cooked veal. Actually they all looked very appetizing but actually taste of Nothing, which was really a BIG SHAME! How would something look so nice but taste nothing. And they are not cheap ingredients! I think the chefs in the kitchen just put too

After the amuse broche, we had a lobster salad, then fish and lastly the slow-cooked veal. Actually they all looked very appetizing but actually taste of Nothing, which was really a BIG SHAME! How would something look so nice but taste nothing. And they are not cheap ingredients! I think the chefs in the kitchen just put too much attention to the presentation of the dishes but forgot that they have to taste good too. Or the main chef was actually not there, only have the junior chefs assembling all the ingredients of the same dish everyday. As the manager told me their secret menu only changes once a month. So they repeatedly assemble the same dish everyday and of course they must look fantastic. I hope they should realize they have to focus more on the taste too. Personally I think the michelin star they got is just for the presentation of the dish only!
