For me, Yee Shun is the top place to savour “double steamed milk”. It’s a really traditional steamed milk shop, yet it doesn’t lose its creativity. Red bean are added into the steamed milk, makes it even more special and with more flavour! The milk flavour is very strong , the sweetness comes after! The steamed milk isn’t overly sweet! Yet the price are relatively high for local hongkonger , about $3X for just a small bowl of milk. /
