I used to eat out with my husband on either Christmas eve or Christmas.We knew that the quality of Christmas may not align to the cost, but still we want to enjoy the atmosphere in restaurant.This year we have picked this restaurant as it's recommended by my friend (again!)Be frankly, this restaurant is small in size, but the view is quite good! (it's located at 19/F)We have ordered the Christmas set, there are 7 courses!!1.) Amuse Bouche (Grilled Scallop with Caviar)2.) Salad - Figs Garden Sala

We have ordered the Christmas set, there are 7 courses!!
1.) Amuse Bouche (Grilled Scallop with Caviar)
2.) Salad - Figs Garden Salad (Smoked Duck Breast, Figs, Frisee & Balsamic Reduction)
This salad is nice, Smoked Duck Breast served with Figs is good!
3.) Soup - Lobster Consomme (Prawn Meat, Scallop, Black Mussel & Fennel)
this is surprise to me as the soup is clean but the Lobster taste is very strong! NICE!
4.) Middle Course - Risotto Sea Urchin (Risotto, Sea Urchin, Prawn Meat & Saffron Sauce)
Another surprise to me! I rarely eat Urchin in HK as usually it's gamy. This is not!
The texture of the risotto is just right! not too chewy, not too raw!
the risotto sauce is sooooo nice, so creamy and yummy!!!
the portion is just right in size, otherwise I would not have room to take the Main course!
5.) Remise En Bouche - Orange Sherbet
Before the Main course, got a orange sherbet to "refresh" the taste. It really works!
6.) Main Course
We have chosen a.) Pacific Grouper (Pan Fried Pacific Grouper, Angel Hair with Butter Sauce, Spinach & Cassie Lemon Butter Sauce) - the sauce is out of expectation, the fish served with Cassis Lemon Butter sauce is so match!
the skin has been pan fried in golden yellow, a bit crispy, the fish itself is thick, served with the sauce, we finished the whole dish without anything left!!
b.) Osso Buco (Stewed Osso Buco, Mixed Vegetable, Carrot, Celery, Onion, Polenta, Horseradish Turnip Puree & Demi Glaze) - OMG! The bone marrow is so nice. Osso Buco is made from veal shank, which is the upper portion of the hind and forelegs. These sections of muscle naturally get a lot of movement, which makes them tough. But this is very soft, I am sure the time of cooking is very essential to ensure it's soft but not "melt". Texture is good
7.) Dessert - Napoleon Cake with Matcha Custard
The Napoleon part is good, it's crispy. Just the matcha custard taste is plain.
Service is good, waiters are nice, they explained each dishes.
Since we could not drink alcohol, they recommended us a drink - honey ginger lemonade (hot)! It's good for Winter!
I will definitely choose a day time to visit this restaurant again
