This is a contemporary fine dinning place.  It was not too crowded but yet full by 9pm on Friday.

The menu was simple, just 4-course, 6-course and 8-course are offered.  We picked the 6-course at $998 per head.  In fact, 2 additional courses, Milky (cheese) and Sweetness (dessert) were served on top of the 6's.

Amuse Bouche - The Olive/Yogurt was light, Parmesan/Anchovy cookie was tasty and Endive/Salmon roe was refreshing.  These 3 small pieces set an enjoyable tone as well as expectation of the meal.

Vegetable (Grilled Cauliflower/Orange Blossom) - It delivered an interesting start....  not because of its taste or presentation but it reminded you to watch out what to be coming next.

Spicy (Crab Meat with Red Curry Sauce topped with Granita Beer, i.e. forzen Guinness) - this was not really that spicy but the red curry and the frozen Guinness added to the crab meat did help to stimulate our appetite for the meal.

Shell (Razor Clams / Grapefruit / Green Beans) - a very well executed dish that delivered a complex feel of tastiness.

Surprise (Lobster / Consomme / Celery) - the Lobster was served raw but the hot consomme transformed it to semi-cooked.  A new experience to me and it tasted really great.

Sailor
(Meagre / Quinoa / Parmesan / Lemon) - though this was a river fish. it was well cooked and presented.

Chicken (with Turnip / Oyster) - though just chicken breast was served, it was tender and tasty.

Milky (Comte Cheese / Mushroom / Chicken Consomme) - this is again a new tasty experience with cheese served with chichen soup.

Sweetness - 3 different pieces of dessert offered freshness, warmth and comfort to end the meal.

I must say that this is one of the best contemporary fine dinnings that we experienced lately.  It is fine but not complicated.  We will have this experience retained in memory and will visit again for more.
Other Info. : Wine by the glass was reasonably charged ($108/glass).
