For 100 HKD you get your choice of three dishes, rice, miso soup and a hot glass of barley tea. I picked the spinach with sesame (fairly standard), the koya tofu with conjac (chewy and very tasty if you're a tofu fan), and the veggie rolls (crunchy and delicious). The miso soup was the surprise star: most free miso soups I've had are basically just water with seaweed, but this one came packed with carrots, soybeans and mushrooms. If you're looking for something vegetarian, healthy and quick, I highly recommend it!
