但係基本上都已經煮到軟綿綿咁 入口完全feel唔到一粒粒

MUM VEGGIE的食物為熱盤和冷盤,有三餸和四餸的選項,餐單也標示了哪些食物是有蛋🥚或五辛🧅的。所有的套餐,均配有味噌湯、麥茶、五穀雜炊飯/黃薑飯。

1️⃣味噌湯和麥茶

用餐時,通常會先喝少許味噌湯和麥茶。麥茶微暖的,有點麥香,正好給喉嚨滋潤一下。而味噌湯不算鹹,材料挺足夠。

2️⃣信田卷

看網上資料🖥,信田卷是日本炸豆皮的一種煮物。問了店方,原來炸豆皮是從外面入貨的,食材供應商在生產豆皮時,有加上「炸」這工序,不過食材到店後,店方在製作信田卷時,就不會再把豆皮炸一次。所以吃的時候,又不太覺得有炸過的感覺。

信田卷內包着的材料有蘿蔔🥕,豆角,粟米芯🌽,爽口有汁,不會乾,感覺頗清新。

3️⃣本菇茶杯蒸

蒸蛋十分滑,用匙盛起來🥄,放到咀邊,稍微一吸,蒸蛋便已滑進口中,絕對是「滑不溜口」。

4️⃣南瓜薯餅

十分吸引的選項👍,去了好幾次光顧,這款食物「被召喚」📢的次數是很多的。薯餅脆而不油,內裏是滿滿的南瓜蓉🎃,甜甜的沙律醬份量足夠,更開胃。

5️⃣山葵鮮淮山

剛才提及信田卷是爽口的,但所謂「一物還有一物爽」,這一次,同時點算了信田卷和山葵鮮淮山,淮山是最後才吃的,比信田卷內的食材更爽口。

鮮淮山外形有些像已切片的蘋果🤣,山葵(Wasabi)的份量,無論怎樣在淮山上塗,也絕對不會到令版主標眼水的程度,如果山葵的份量多一些就更好了。

6️⃣野菜天婦羅

值得一讚的是,3件野菜天婦羅是不同款式的,這個細微之處可見店方的用心,讓客人能嚐到不同味道的食物。

3款不同天婦羅都酥脆不油膩,不會太粉。冬菇天婦羅吃掉外層後,感受到菇的香味,而蘿蔔天婦羅,也吃得到蘿蔔的甜。

7️⃣羽衣甘藍野菇大阪燒

這項食物是要額外多付10元的💰,不過似乎仍很搶手,版主也試過遇上大阪燒賣哂的時候🙈,所以想試這個的,最好早些來開餐。

大阪燒上佈滿了甜甜的沙律醬,材料有羽衣甘藍、芥蘭、乾冬菇、秀珍菇、淮山,逐口的吃,最能感受到的,最有咬感的應該是冬菇。整體味道上,這款「搶手食物」很是美味🤤,記得一定要試試。

8️⃣金平牛蒡和蘿蔔冬菇關東煮

相片中的食物,尚有金平牛蒡和蘿蔔冬菇關東煮,兩者也中規中矩,不過論吸引力💕,版主還是較喜歡上面介紹的6款食物。

先介紹下我選擇了的四款配料,有這款羽衣甘藍野菌大阪燒,不過就要另外加多$10羽衣甘藍增加了口感爽脆及咬口,不過整體大阪燒質感就有少少較粉,伴上大阪燒的醬汁及沙律醬伴食,味道就較濃厚一些。

第二款是南瓜薯餅,它的外層炸至金黃色澤 ,都幾大塊,新鮮熱辣辣炸出來,滿滿的南瓜餡都好豐富,外表鬆脆而內餡的南瓜茸質感軟身綿滑又香甜,配上美味的沙律醬真是冇得頂,也令我一試愛上。

最後的配料有信田卷,聽起來的名字吸引了我選擇它,向店員了解一番,原來是一款卷物,包著的餡料有豆角、粟米芯及甘筍,外層是一些甜美軟身油揚,一啖咬開都好juicy , 微甜又有蔬菜的爽甜,賣相都好cute,相信好多人都難以抗拒。

整體評價都讓我感到滿意,這裡的素食是日常家庭料理菜式,突然也會想回到家的感覺,感覺好溫暖。想吃素菜都會多數想起食中式素菜,不過大部份傳統的中式素食都比較油膩,想吃得健康些,這裡的清新可口的日式素食都是不錯選擇。

It shows that “Veggie” is not represent “Tasteless”, you still got a lot of variations.

Mixed Veggie Tempora is freshly made, soaked with right amount of tasty oil.

Veggie Roll full of taste of “soy”

And Fresh chinese yam is so fresh and crunchy.

星期六嘅下午自己一個食飯,拎住好多嘢,想搵間唔洗等又坐得舒服嘅餐廳,諗諗下就諗起逸東Canteen。到埗發現我都幾錯,因為都幾Full吓,不過總算搵到位,就試下MUM 日常野菜料理。佢都幾似素食版MUJI, Menu分熱盤同冷盤,可以叫幾個餸,都係賣健康飲食,俾人感覺都好乾淨。值得一提,佢份量唔算多,大食嘅可能會唔夠。我當日嘅午餐南瓜薯餅,好高質,一啲都唔油,應該係即炸嘅關係,南瓜味好濃好香,加埋少少沙律醬,酸酸咁,諗返起都想再食。Highlyrecommended!茶杯蒸,呢個都好好味,佢同平時食茶杯蒸嘅高湯一樣咁香,估唔到素菜可以做到魚或者雞咁嘅高湯味,蛋又蒸得滑。柚子醋蕃茄(冷盤),食得出柚子味。不過比起熱盤就有點失色。叫咗黃薑飯,食完覺得健康咗,笑~

唔係唔好食,但真係比較清,本身以為胡麻係凍沙律醬,點知係熱( 近似點腸粉個種麻醬),相對個味冇咁香,而且豆腐吸唔到好多胡麻味。不過豆腐嘅豆味幾出,質感都比較實正,(唔係食開個種滑豆腐)

Green Monday加上氣溫稍涼,Home Office的我就趁中午放飯,走遠少少去覓食。步行廿分鐘來到逸東酒店,發現原來地庫有個Food Hall,無乜所謂的我,就落去睇睇今天有乜嘢好食。十二點左右,人未算多。尋尋覓覓,見到一間日本料理,再睇清楚原來係素食,啱晒Green Monday呢個名,就排隊買嘢食。餐牌都有好多選擇,定食可揀三項或四項食品,真好!可以全部揀晒熱食,唔會限制多多。於是揀左素菜天婦羅、金平牛蒡、南瓜薯餅三款熱食。連五榖雜炊飯、湯、熱茶。自覺選擇唔錯!五穀飯有我喜愛嘅鷹嘴豆,三項熱食就不過不失以Food Hall來說,已經算係好味,簡單,唔花巧。另一諗唔到係點解會用上韓式筷子?下次幫襯時問吓先。

放工唔知食乜好,諗起佐敦既MUM Veggie Cafe,一於去食個晚餐啦。去到既時候都差唔多8點,有幾款食物都已經沽清,所以有啲款式要重覆。重覆左既係准山同牛蒡,但依兩個都係好好食,食多多都得!牛蒡甜甜地有陣味醂既味道,林得黎又唔會痴牙。另外兩款既天婦羅同豆腐都唔錯。麵鼓湯落足料,有好多海帶芽,鹹度適中,而且仲好大碗。如果想試多啲款式,下次一定要早啲黎,如果唔係啲款式又比人買哂架喇。走既時候都未夠9點,佢地都已經賣哂所有野可以閂鋪,咁多人支持素食真係好
