To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Alfafa分店都幾多，今次在太古行街，又唔使等位，就入去食左個tea set。最鍾意平日下午茶時間去食野，成日都有抵野食。Alfafa tea set $54 另外加一服務費，可以有個主食加飲品。今次叫左拿坡里蜆肉有機鮮蘑菇炒意粉，味道不過不失，份量都可以接受，始終係下午茶呀麻！看上去紅，實際上不辣的。個飲品我有少少失望，叫左有機茶(雜莓茶), 上黎發現原來是茶包泡的一杯... 以為cafe 會精緻點的, 味道就是普通茶味
