To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

年近中秋, 同埋自己Team的成員去屯門三聖村食返餐, 今次先去榮利買海鮮, 買咗八種海鮮後再向事頭婆R多碟蜆, 然後去了隔近既南記海鮮飯店開飯先講環境, 呢間係屋邨冬菇小食亭, 雖然裝咗冷氣但都唔覺凍, 好彩今晚天氣唔熱所以唔駛邊食邊抺汗; 而環境衛生非常一般, 我的碗仲未洗淨要起後邊枱換另一隻來再由頭洗過先至敢食用, 點菜後食物好快送上啦椒鹽賴尿蝦: 整得幾夠味, 但蒜子好濕, 扣咗少少分豉椒炒聖子及豉椒炒蜆: 呢道既豉椒小炒味道好淡口蒜蓉開邊蝦: 穩陣之選, 但沒有驚喜西芹炒班球: 條班幾滑及新鮮, 整體唔錯蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝: 上枱時色水唔多靚, 但隻扇貝好新鮮好大隻, 食落都唔錯辣酒煮花螺: 呢個最唔掂, 食落完全唔辣之餘賣相仲唔多掂, 零分薑葱炒蠔: 又係唔多掂, D蠔唔靚所以鬆D們無咩點幫襯仲食餘幾隻添鹽焗奄仔蟹: 今日既奄仔蟹只係一般貨色, 而且廚房焗既時間唔夠未能入味, 有少少失色總括來講呢間飯店跟我上個月去既嘉彩酒樓比較, 酒樓既處理海鮮方法明顯較出色, 而且環境肯定比冬菇亭好, 下次有機會會去返流浮山, 嗰道平均會好食過三聖村
