Have a 200% awful experience today! Made a booking with them 2 weeks ago for a table on boxing day, I knew it would be busy so I booked way ahead of time. When arrived at the restaurant they said oh we don't have your booking. The restaurant manager personally called me up the day I made the reservation to let me know we have to split into 3 tables as the big table is booked already, not w we have 13 of us waiting outside the restaurant and they said there is nothing they can do. They never got the booking. What horrible customer service!! Not owning up to their own mess up and blame it on the customer for not reconfiming the booking with them a day before the booking?? We will Never EVER go back again and so are everyone we know. The restaurant manager should be fired for his poor manner
