Today we ordered two set menus for 148$ on the lunch menu and it was some of the toughest “high quality“ beef I have ever had. It was extremely chewy to the point that my jaws hurt after and we had to force ourselves to finish it. At the end of the meal we complained and at that point it was too late however the manager did say next time to say something at the start and we would have our meals returned. I have been to gyu kaku in Canada and Japan and was expecting high quality beef like we are
