To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

Nightmare began almost right after I entered, wrong drink was served and after 10 mins of waiting, the table next to me was served first even though I had a single order. When I asked the person, he retorted by saying should I switch her bowl (which she had already started to eat) and give it to you? I expected an explanation, and if it’s an error so be it. But no, what I got in return is an entitled response from a rude worker, who then said that if you are not happy waiting, you can just leave

Nightmare began almost right after I entered, wrong drink was served and after 10 mins of waiting, the table next to me was served first even though I had a single order. When I asked the person, he retorted by saying should I switch her bowl (which she had already started to eat) and give it to you? I expected an explanation, and if it’s an error so be it. But no, what I got in return is an entitled response from a rude worker, who then said that if you are not happy waiting, you can just leave. Since my correct order of drink was not served, I thought there was no payment required. He then stopped me from leaving and insisted I paid for drinks which I agreed to and asked for takeaway, to which he replied I had to pay extra than what I was billed. I then said I’ll drink there, only to know that my drinks have been cleared and they returned it to me for me to finish. All in all a terrible experience and I’ll never go back there again.
