抹茶館 (Closed)

I went there for dinner at one night and tried to call upon a waitress with short hair and glasses to take my order. She ignored me even though she saw me putting my hand up and calling out loud as she kept walking away. She returned a few mins later with an order delivered to another table and came to me pulling her face off. As a customer, i think i didnt deserve to pay for such bad service. So i stood up and left. Something should be done.
