I had Dim Sum at Loong Yuen a Saturday morning. at around 11AM. The restaurant was practically empty at that time except for one big table withalmost 10 people. And we were being placed next to them. We asked for another table as we already knew the other table would be loud given the number of people there. Our request was denied and we were surrounded by 3 waitresses plus the receptionist immediately telling us why the table given to us was ourbest option. After sitting for about 5 minutes, we

best option.
After sitting for about 5 minutes, we found that was a mistake, We found ourselves competing with the next table by speaking louder and louder. We demanded and successfully changed the table. However, we were given black faces and were ignored for the
rest of the time. We were given cold shoulder even when we thank the receptionist for changing the table.
Given it is part of
the Holiday Inn and part of a 5 stars hotel. We are very disappointed with the
services and treatment received. For the record, the restaurant is still very
much empty when we left.
