All other reviews regarding poor service are entirely true. Celebrated at ichu for my friends bday and there were a multitude of problems. It took an incredible 40mins for the first drink to arrive after ordering and an hour for the first tables entrees. We were in a large group spread over 4 tables and all meals came out so staggered, some tables had finished an entire course and the other tables having received nothing. We were there 4 hours due to it taking so long to provide the brunch menu

All other reviews regarding poor service are entirely true. Celebrated at ichu for my friends bday and there were a multitude of problems. It took an incredible 40mins for the first drink to arrive after ordering and an hour for the first tables entrees. We were in a large group spread over 4 tables and all meals came out so staggered, some tables had finished an entire course and the other tables having received nothing. We were there 4 hours due to it taking so long to provide the brunch menu & drinks. The only positive action they took was that they extended the free flow when we called out they shouldn’t stop it at the two hour mark when some guests hadn’t even had mains yet. There was no apology to the host when she raised her disappointments at the end of the day and they also overcharged for various things on the bill (even things we did not order). For what I thought was supposed to be a premium restaurant, the service was nothing of the sort. I wouldn’t recommend Ichu to anyone based on my one and will be only experience. So many other and far better brunches out there!
