terrible service ever seen

The food is standard but their service is not. I have never seen a restaurant with this kind of service. No greeting at the door is not a such bad thing. But it is when you have seated for 15 minutes and have ordered a meal, they don't even give you a glass of water.My wife has ordered a set which should come with a drink. It just never come even when we remind the Manager nicely. The drinks only come after you asked for the bill. What a service I ever had in a restaurant in Hong Kong!!!
