Terrible service, overpriced food

3 of us went to the restaurant at around 1320 for tea and desert. The restaurant was half empty and there were lots of empty tables by the window. We requested for window tables, but the receptionist said that we could not be seated at those empty table as that was beyond his authority. Only the general manager has authority to assign window seat. We requested to meet the general manager but they have turned down the request. We seated at the worst seat in the half empty restaurant. Ordered desert and tea, nothing special and not worth the price. 3 of us spent $580 for 3 ice cream and 3 cups of tea. I won’t recommend anyone to go to this terrible restaurant!
