To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. I was in the area and wanted a quick ‘afternoon tea’. Was deciding between this and the McDonald’s across the street but picked this because it’s closer. Ordered the drumstick set (+ spring roll) with iced coffee which the drumstick was dry, the spring roll was extra greasy and the coffee was overly sweetened. Apart from the disappointed food, the cellular reception was poor where I could only get 3G reception there hence I connected to their wi-fi which wasn’t any better. It took over 5 sec

It took over 5 seconds to load a website (just simply google.com) and I couldn’t even load OpenRice to leave this comment. Overall it was an unpleasant experience that I hope they could at least improve the food quality if not the internet connection.
