“100-Second” Stewed Yellow Croaker
WOW😱呢個好厲害👍🏻,菜色名叫百秒黃花魚🐟,故名思義:廚師👨🏻🍳👩🏻🍳只會用100秒去煮黃花魚🐟。由於烹煮時間短,因此魚🐟肉肉質係少有地細滑、鮮嫩,🤤魚肉依然可以保持色澤透白,仲一定唔會出現過熟嘅程況,同時亦唔會破壞食物本身嘅營養。

Fried Heng Hwa Bee Hoon
一個最唔令人期待嘅米粉,反而令人👀眼前一亮✨。原本草根姐妹👭諗住叫番個飯🍚或者麵🍜做主食,就隨便叫咗一個,醫下自己個小胃胃😋。
首先,又真係估佢唔到米粉份量非常多👍🏻。而且配菜有蝦、蜆肉、脆炸紫菜等等。米粉麵質非常幼細,食落輕鬆清爽,油份又少,唔會好Heavy👍🏻,所以草根姐妹食完都再添多碗🍜。
